Machine Pitch is new to the 23/24 summer season! Are your children looking to take the next steps to softball or baseball? Why not try out machine pitch? Machine pitch is a great cross-over between tee ball and baseball for children between 8 and 12 years of age, and serves as a fantastic introduction to those higher skills including the idea of a ‘pitched’ ball, consistently ‘pitched’ by a pitching machine. We have opened registrations to join our machine pitch squad. To join the machine pitch squad, players must be 8-12 years of age Players will require black baseball pants – both of which can be purchased through or sponsor Batcave If you have any questions about machine pitch, reach out to our machine pitch co-ordinator by emailing secretary@ellenbrookeasterns.com Machine pitch is like Teeball but instead of hitting the ball off a tee the ball is pitched at the batter. Registrations include a club cap and at the beginning of the season a team shirt is also provided to be returned at the end of the season. Players will need to supply their own glove and black pants. All other equipment for training and games is supplied by the club, however you are welcome to use your own bats and helmets if you would prefer. We have a selection of gloves, pants, bats and helmets available to purchase if you choose to. REGISTER NOW
